Breakfast

Breakfast is just that, breaking a fast. So in order to start your day out well, consider what you choose to put in your body after breaking this fast.  A good heart healthy breakfast reduces fats and reduces refined sugars. The best breakfast is just having fruits and cereals.  Not much need for good recipes there, but when you get bored of eating the same things come here and look up some great breakfast ideas. 

Breakfast usually means rushing around and getting the kids ready for the day.  There's not much time to prepare a good breakfast. In order to eat healthy everyday there needs to be some preparation work. The night before decide what you want to eat and just prepare the ingredients and make it fresh in the morning or make it the night before. That's what I do on some days I boil some eggs and put them in the fridge for a quick breakfast. Eggs are wonderful for the morning full of good fats and protein and versatile. There's nothing you can't make with eggs and you are limited by just your imagination.
