Maple Glazed Tilapia

This is a really easy recipe. Low in fat and high in taste.


2 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon orange zest

Preheat oven to 450F. In a dish mix maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and orange zest.

Brush mixture onto 4 fillets and cook for 12 minutes. Halfway through cooking brush on remaining mixture.
