Reversible heart disease

Heart disease that is caused by years of neglect and bad lifestyle choices are 100% reversible.

Diseases caused by genetics like cardiomyopathy are not reversible but a person can live a long life as long as they treat their heart well, by adopting a good cardiac diet. A cardiac diet like low fat and low sodium.
